OfficeOsteo is a project created to bring osteopathy closer to people and the spaces where they spend a large part of their day.
Our goal is to promote musculoskeletal health and well-being through personalized, close monitoring adapted to each person's needs.
Bruno Mendes
Responsible Osteopath

Bruno Mendes holds a degree in Osteopathy from Plymouth University / British College of Osteopathic Medicine, UK, and a Master's degree in Osteopathy from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, Finland.
He also has a degree in Sports from the Higher School of Sports of Rio Maior.
He has practiced osteopathy since 2014, with experience in musculoskeletal health and in supporting professionals in the workplace, with particular attention to complaints associated with sedentary work and repetitive demands of daily professional life.
His approach combines individual assessment, osteopathic intervention, and counseling, seeking to adapt each treatment to the specific needs of each person.
