The Mission and Vision
Office Osteo is a project whose mission is to address musculoskeletal injuries and take preventive action to reduce the risk of incidence. Through consultations, osteopathic manual treatment, and recommendations, we seek to foster favorable conditions for increased productivity by improving the health, wellbeing, and motivation of office workers, providing them with a better quality of work experience.
Aim
Promote musculoskeletal health and employee wellbeing through a personalized, practical, and local osteopathy service, integrated directly into the work environment.
Geographic Area of Operation
The project's geographic area of operation is the areas of Caldas da Rainha, Leiria and Lisbon with travel to companies.
Osteopath Responsible for the Project
Bruno Mendes Lic.Desp., D.O., BSc.Ost., M.Ost.
Bruno Mendes holds a Bachelor's degree in Osteopathy from Plymouth University/British College of Osteopathic Medicine (UK) and a Master's degree in Osteopathy from Metropolia - University of Applied Sciences, Finland (FI), holding professional license number 100676 and registered with the Health Regulatory Authority under number 164479. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports from the Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior.
With over 11 years of experience in osteopathy and musculoskeletal health, he focuses on supporting professionals in the workplace, with an emphasis on preventing injuries related to sedentary work.
He values a personalized and integrated approach, combining manual therapy techniques and counseling to promote lasting results in the well-being of his patients.
